Labour markets need to be flexible and inclusive, promoting different forms of employment.This allows companies to adapt to rapidly changing business environment, including new consumer needs, evolving technologies and economic fluctuations. Dynamic labour markets also enable individuals to balance their work and personal time.

Industrial and Employee Relations

Industrial and Employee Relations are a core responsibility of Ceemet and its member organisations. Ceemet's IER Committee regularly discusses  collective bargaining, employers’ positions and strategies and trade union positions.
