The European Commission consulted social partner on a possible action that would address the challenges related to working conditions in platform work. Ceemet submitted its response on to the second phase consultation. In its response Ceemet highlights following 5 areas: employment status in platform work, algorithm management, cross-border issues, collective representation and legal instruments.
